All payments made to Clairvoyant Official are final and non-refundable.
Once a consultation, report, or any other service has been booked and payment has been successfully processed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after booking.
Failure to attend the scheduled consultation.
Dissatisfaction with the guidance or consultation.
Incorrect service selection by the customer.
Personal scheduling conflicts.
Delayed arrival to the consultation.
Failure to provide accurate birth details or required information.
Technical issues on the customer’s side, including internet connectivity, device issues, or network failures.
Failure to respond to appointment communications.
Customers are encouraged to review the service details carefully before completing their booking.
Every consultation reserves a dedicated time slot exclusively for the client.
Because this time cannot typically be offered to another client at short notice, consultation fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

Once work has commenced or a digital service has been delivered, no refund, return, or exchange will be provided.
Clients may request to cancel a consultation; however:
Cancellation does not qualify for a refund.
Any amount paid will remain non-refundable.
Cancellation requests do not create any obligation for Clairvoyant Official to issue a credit or voucher unless we choose to do so at our sole discretion.
If a client:
Does not join the consultation at the scheduled time,
Is unavailable for the scheduled phone call,
Misses the Zoom meeting,
Fails to respond within a reasonable time after the consultation begins,
the appointment will be considered a No-Show.
No refund, replacement appointment, or compensation will be provided for missed appointments unless otherwise agreed by Clairvoyant Official.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Requests to reschedule an appointment may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to:
Advance notice from the client.
Availability of the consultant.
Operational feasibility.
Approval of a rescheduling request is entirely at the discretion of Clairvoyant Official.
Rescheduling is a courtesy and should not be considered a guaranteed right.
If we are unable to provide a scheduled consultation due to reasons within our control, such as consultant unavailability or technical issues on our side, we may, at our discretion:
Reschedule the appointment to a mutually convenient time; or
Provide an appropriate alternative solution where applicable.
Such situations will be handled individually and do not automatically entitle the client to a cash refund unless required by applicable law.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same booking due to a payment processing error, please contact us promptly.
After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment may be resolved through an appropriate adjustment, reversal, or refund, where applicable.
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Clairvoyant Official to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
Suspend ongoing or future services.
Cancel pending appointments.
Provide relevant booking and payment records to the payment provider as evidence.
Take appropriate action to protect our legal and business interests.
Before completing a booking, customers are responsible for ensuring:
The selected consultation is appropriate for their needs.
All booking information is accurate.
Birth details are correct, where applicable.
Contact information is correct.
They are available at the scheduled appointment time.
They have a stable internet connection and suitable device for online consultations.
Failure to meet these requirements does not qualify for a refund.
Any exception to this Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be made solely at the discretion of Clairvoyant Official and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy for future bookings.
